Need a more accurate quote? For larger or complex orders, choose "Bill Me After Order: Prepaid Prior to Shipping". Our team will calculate shipping based on weight, dimensions, destination, custom packaging, handling, carrier selection, and insurance options.

Warranty coverage What is included after purchase
Every purchase from Christie Lites Used Gear includes straightforward warranty protection.
- 90-Day Standard Warranty is included with all purchases.
- 240-Day Premium Warranty is included on listings marked "240-day Warranty."
- Coverage may include repair of the item, replacement of defective parts, return, or refund if deemed necessary by our team.
Important: If parts are replaced, the original non-working parts must be returned to avoid additional charges. Shipping costs related to warranty service are the buyer's responsibility, except for Dead-on-Arrival claims.
To file a warranty claim, visit the Contact Us section, select Sales Team, and include your order number plus a brief description of the issue.
Returns 14 days to change your mind

- 14-Day Return Window from the date of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
- Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
- A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Packaging "No case" does not mean poor packaging
Not every item comes with a flight case, but every item is professionally packed for safe transport.
- No Case? No Problem. Items without a case are securely packed using foam, wrap, and boxes suited to the gear.
- Fragile Items. Protection is customized based on weight, fragility, and connector type.
- Flight Cases. Available on select listings. If you're unsure, just ask.
Flight cases & minimum order quantities How case requirements work
Some fixtures require a minimum quantity to qualify for a flight case option.
- Each flight case is designed to fit a specific number of fixtures.
- Minimum order quantities are based on that case size.
- On product pages, the quantity will automatically adjust to meet the requirement.
- In quick view modals, a pop-up will appear if the quantity is too low.
- The checkout button will remain disabled until the required quantity is set.
