  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and your purchase is eligible for the statutory right of withdrawal, you may withdraw from your contract within the applicable withdrawal period.

You can exercise this right using our online withdrawal form here: Withdraw from contract.

The EU right of withdrawal process is separate from our standard return authorization process. You do not need to request a Return Authorization Number before submitting an EU withdrawal request through the online withdrawal form.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods after exercising the right of withdrawal.

Returned goods must be sent back in the condition required by applicable law. If goods are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, we may be entitled to make a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.

After you submit and confirm your withdrawal request, we will send confirmation of receipt to the email address provided.
